COKJJ starting problem

Hello

I have installed COKJJ and every thing I have done as per teachings. I have bought 30days card as well BUt when I start the game COK initial page comes and keeps loading from 1% till 95% and then it refresh and starts back again from 1%. I am not able to play and I have no idea where is COK JJ support teams so is there any one can tell me where I can find COKJJ support or is some one can help me out to fix this issue. Who ever will help me to setup and make it work will give him a gift of 30days card for free from me.
